So today I went on a long walk of about two hours.... until my legs started to seriously ache :/ But guess what! on my way back home, I stop at KFC and consume some chicken, chips about 5 hot wings, fizzy drink AND dairy ice-cream loool
Was it Tasty? Yes!..... Was it healthy? No! Now I'm wondering if the walk has had any effect whatsoever on my physic ??:/ (I'm trying to attain 'toned muscles' by the way)
