Paris Blues- Vintage shorts!!

So today i decided to have a little fun with this pair of coral vintage shorts- Absolute Bargain!!! I paired it with this oversized white shirt hanging in my wardrobe and it was a little breazy outside so i put on the black blazer and it worked! lol Now that i think about it, the first time i 'thought processed' this outfit in my head was outside the window of an H&M store lol Got To Love that shop :)

The heel of the military boots i'm wearing really do make a clicking sound- the same kind you hear when you're rocking heels.... so you know i was just strutting it down the high street today, i was in such a good mood, i was actually smiling.... :O People who know me; Know that i do not smile when I'm on my own..... in the middle of the street lol but i didn't even notice i was smiling until people actually started smiling back at me lol

P.s I want to thank all the people who have given attention and payed visit to my blog . Thanks to those who are following me, I am still very new to this but you have made my 'month and a half' worthwhile on blogger :D

Hair-O-Graphy!!!

Feels like i haven't blogged for agesss.... partly because last week was slightly hectic for me, it just flew past because i was busy doing... things i can't quite put my finger on hmmm....

Last weekend i took out my self-made braids by myself and believe me it took 2 whole days to finish taking it out... reminds me of why i stopped doing braids in the first place... Hey, Solange has a personal hairstylist, she can pay to get those ridiculously long braids taken out, but until that time of super lavish spending for me, i will have to reconsider putting braids in my hair again. 

On a positive note, the braids have done a good job getting my own hair back to tip-top shape, i'm talking volume and length!! I had to chop off some of my hair last year because of hair-breakage, mostly due to neglect lol 

However, since then i started a consistent hair schedule, i tend to leave my hair out for 4 weeks and get it braided or in weave for another 4 weeks. After which i relax my hair and cut off my split-ends. It has DEFINITELY worked for me. Yes i am excited!! i can actually walk out the house with a head full of long voluminous hair.... Yay!! I usually straighten my hair right after washing it but im really feeling the 'naturally left look of not botheredness', so i gave the straighteners a rest this time.... Instead, i braided my hair overnight and took it out in the morning to add more volume and create that easy-breasy carefree look, and it worked....

White on denim makes for an easily stylish yet casually understated appearance. Having said that, i wondered to myself this morning why I don't rock it often, it was an easy outfit of the day option. Once i had put it on, i was feeling myself lol so I decided to take a few pics....

So today I had a lot of fun, me, my girls and my brother decided to hit the streets of London anticipating some sort of adventure lol

We ended up vintage shopping and eating a lot of junk food but it's all good, we did quite a bit of walking.
